F&B Beverage Station Attendant PT

Job Summary

Aid servers and guests in providing efficient and friendly beverage service. Adhere to health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Perform miscellaneous tasks like stocking supplies and monitoring inventory.

Essential Functions

• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and gaming regulations.
• Provide excellent guest service by addressing concerns and questions.
• Service beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the beverage station area.
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed.
• Report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
• Follow KLECH core values and attend required training.
• Comply with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, including Spanish if available.
• Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Member with Native American preference.
• Ability to work independently and handle stress.
• Positive attitude, strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Work in temperature-controlled environments with varying noise levels.
• Exposure to high levels of noise, artificial fluorescent lights, and strobe lights.
• Extended hours and irregular shifts.
• May be exposed to various lighting conditions.
• Travel may be required.

Conditions Of Employment

• Must obtain and maintain a KTTT Gaming Commission License.
• Keep documents current and valid.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Compliance with KLEC handbook, internal policies, and gaming regulations.
