F&B Attendant/Concessions - On Call (Mid-America Center)

Responsibilities

• Processes, prepares, and delivers guest orders.
• Operates a cash register, rings the proper amount into the register, and gives correct change to guests.
• Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner.
• Maintains and replenishes all food/beverage products in the work area.
• Pours drink/food orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitization of the work area.
• Assists team members in their duties as required.
• Partners with the culinary team to ensure coordinated work flow.
• Slices and pits fruit, fills ice bins, and prepares popcorn, hot dogs, and nachos.
• Maintains all equipment in proper condition.
• Completes assigned closing duties at the end of the shift.
• Removes and properly disposes of refuse and debris.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly and maintain composure in high volume, stressful situations.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be a team player.
• Good oral and written communication skills, including tact when dealing with difficult customers.
• Fluent and literate in English.
• Must maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Must adhere to departmental and company policies and maintain compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and stack.
• Must be able to run on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs.
