F&B Attendant (concessions) - Bunker Hills Event Center

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures proper set up and break down of concession stands.
• Cleans and polishes glassware, flatware, and equipment.
• Collects and transports food items such as dressings, butters and desserts, as well as supplies from the kitchen to concession stands.
• Does basic serving and food preparation, such as tossing salads or cutting cakes.
• Serves beverages.
• Checks for accuracy prior to serving.
• Requests proper identification for guests requesting alcoholic beverages and monitors guest alcohol consumption.
• Stocks and maintains supplies, refrigerators, dispensers, and display cases throughout the shift.
