Essential Functions
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, lounge, and inroom dining
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service periods, actively supporting the team
- Monitor service flow, table turns, and guest satisfaction in real time
- Absorb and assist with opening and closing procedures across all outlets
- Step into service roles (host, server support, expediter) as needed
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and support hourly Team Members during shifts
- Assist with scheduling and staffing levels based on business demand
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Provide realtime coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Reinforce service standards, safety, and sanitation practices
Guest Experience
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence on the floor
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and professionalism
- Drive a culture of hospitality and service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and product quality across outlets
- Support cost control initiatives, including labor and food & beverage expenses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP/ServSafe)
- Assist with menu implementation, updates, and promotions
- Analyze performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with other hotel departments
