Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub-service line, the Deal Technology practice specializes in IT-focused projects and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for IT-focused projects and transactions.
- Manage and execute IT-focused projects across various sectors.
- Develop and execute strategies for transactions.
- Participate in pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including operational and carve-out planning, integration planning, and tracking.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and influence their perspectives.
- Solve problems from problem identification to recommendation with a compelling narrative.
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and drive value for clients.
- Lead and manage in complex business environments, synthesizing approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.

- Develop and manage experience in different types of engagements, including pre-deal and post-deal activities.
- Collaborate with project teams comprising colleagues from across the EY-Parthenon sub-service lines.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics, or a graduate degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
- The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
- Expertise in a minimum of 4 of the following IT skillsets:
- IT strategy
- Enterprise architecture
- Infrastructure and cloud architecture
- Cyber and IAM architecture
- Digital Technology Strategy
- Digital IT operating model transformation
- IT cost reduction
- IT security / cyber
- IT shared services
- IT organization transformation
- ERP implementation
- Digital business enablement using digital technology enablers (i.e., advanced analytics, robotic process automation, virtual reality)
- Cloud SaaS or PaaS (including Collaboration) strategy and delivery
- Cloud IaaS or Data Center migration planning and execution
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Active Directory services strategy
- IT service management
- Operations Center (e.g., NOC, SOC) or Managed Service Provider
- IT TSA development
- IT finance management
- IT infrastructure management
- IT outsourcing / offshoring
- IT contract management
- IT or Cyber Diligence
- IT synergy identification
- Data governance, separation, and transition
- Integration and Separation Planning
- Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one key business process such as procurement to pay, record to report, order to cash, plan to make, hire to retire.
- Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA are highly desired.
Qualifications
- Reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
Benefits
At EY, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary range of $205,000 to $235,000, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Pay
$205,000 to $235,000 annually
Schedule
Hybrid model with most people in external, client-serving roles working together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
