Responsibilities

• Conducts research and development on new crop protection products.
• Maintains and enhances existing product lines.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manages product lifecycle, including market entry and exit strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
