SEC Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing and filing SEC reports, ensuring compliance with securities laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file SEC reports on time and accurately
- Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations
- Monitor regulatory changes and adjust reporting processes accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting or compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and regulations
