Extended Care Services Support Manager – Presbyterian Senior Living

About the role

This position is a hybrid remote/travel role with most travel including a geographical range for Indiana PA to Dillsburg PA.

Responsibilities

• Supports clinical delivery systems in all levels of living.
• Affirms that standards are met for HC, PC/AL, and HCBS in accordance with established Presbyterian Senior Living policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensures quality of care, clinical operational effectiveness, and survey compliance with standards and regulations.
• Implements education and training programs for nursing personnel and direct care staff.
• Supports Presbyterian Senior Living Senior Staff and Operations Support Group in clinical areas.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
• Ability to obtain Registered Nurse licensure in all states PSL operates
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, gerontology, administration or related field preferred
• Five years’ experience as a Director of Nursing or clinical consultant required
• Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel, and e-mail applications required
• Strong demonstrated written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
