About The Position

Tom Kadlec Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Quick Lube Advisor to join our Service Department. This position is responsible for helping customers with routine maintenance and quick-service needs while providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with quick-service and maintenance needs
• Write and manage repair orders accurately
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and needed services
• Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services performed
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Review technician findings and communicate additional recommendations
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional service drive

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively with technicians and other dealership departments
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and automotive services preferred
• Valid driver's license

Pay

$23.00/hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Weekends: None
