Plumbing Advisor

About the Role

This position will focus on diagnosing sewer line issues, recommending repair and replacement options to customers, supporting drain cleaning services, and identifying additional plumbing needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and inspection reports and providing outstanding customer service while supporting the company's growth in drain cleaning and plumbing inspection services.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewer line evaluations and inspections.
• Recommend repair and replacement options to customers.
• Support drain cleaning services and identify additional plumbing needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inspection reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plumbing, sewer line services, and drain cleaning required.
• Experience performing plumbing inspections and identifying repair or replacement opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and sewer line diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to explain recommendations and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Pay

The pay range and compensation package is $24-26 per hour, depending on experience.
