Express Lube Advisor

About the role

Dealership L0099 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pocatello is now hiring an Express Lube Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering incoming calls, and building positive customer relationships.
• Assess customer vehicle needs through consultations and vehicle walk-arounds, identifying concerns and recommending appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, service recommendations, and cost estimates while communicating pricing and timelines.
• Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs, inspections, and additional services.
• Cook up with technicians to ensure repair orders are properly dispatched and service work is completed accurately.
• Provide ongoing updates throughout the service process and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery, including payment processing and service review.

Requirements

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – manages one's own time and time of others.
• Typing – ability to repair orders.
• Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Pay

Competitive compensation based on skills and dedication to excellence.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm; rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm.
