About the role

Welcome clients when they arrive
Determine the nature of the client's visit
Inform the Estimator of the client's arrival
Order Parts
Write PO's and invoices
Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person
Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations
Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers
