Export Compliance Analyst

Accountabilities
- Screen appropriate parties against government restricted lists.
- Review export details and determine licensing requirements.
- Solicit and provide clarifications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. import/export regulations by maintaining proper classification, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Implement export regulations, as changes occur, and submit export license requests to the proper authorities.
- Perform data analysis and suggest improvements with regards to company policy and export clearance.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and two plus years in the export industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Certifications
- Knowledge of EAR, OFAC, and ITAR requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with various levels of end users.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Efficient and effective organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with a team.

Pay & Benefits
- Total Annual Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000/year.
- Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
- The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
