Job Summary

As an Expert, Virtual Business, at T-Mobile, you'll play a pivotal role in the acquisition of new business customers and the management of a base of existing business accounts. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships over the phone, enjoys solving customer challenges, and is motivated by reaching and exceeding targets. You will engage prospective small and medium business customers over the phone, and execute the full-cycle sales motion including conducting discovery conversations.
