About the role

As part of the DHL Group, you will work with a global network of Procurement colleagues, benefiting from development opportunities in eSourcing bid build, execution, analysis, data collection, preparation, interpretation, spend and savings analysis, and analytical support to procurement management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support during procurement steps, including demand/consumption forecasting, supplier market analysis, supplier assessment, and comparative bid analysis.
• Take corrective and preventative actions to ensure deliveries meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Collect, prepare, and interpret data for business decisions and strategy development.
• Prepare spend and savings analysis based on sourcing initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for savings projects.
• Prepare presentations, collect information, and material for communication.
• Provide functional guidance, advice, or training to less-experienced buyers, experts, and purchasing agents.
• Promote stakeholder interaction and engagement during sourcing reviews.

Stakeholders

• Proven ability to work with English-speaking business partners and suppliers.
• Highly effective interpersonal and technical skills, including presenting, advising, and consulting executive management.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in international business, preferably as a business analyst or equivalent function.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
