Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to various hot, warm, and cold prospect leads assigned from marketing lead initiatives and campaigns. Handle daily customer communication and follow-ups using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, online meetings/appointments.
  • Customer Research: Perform research to understand customers' unique needs and select appropriate product/service information messaging, effectively meeting the needs of individual business customers. Use product knowledge to showcase products and solutions, building quotes for business customers. Utilize quote builder and Salesforce to build sales quotes based on meetings/sales conversations with customers.
  • Verification: Partner daily with Business Verification, Credit Underwriting, and Fraud teams to verify and validate all new logo business customers.
  • Lead Management: Carefully follow the lead management processes in Salesforce to qualify customers. This includes researching the business through various resources to prevent fraud and protect the company.
  • Field Sales Partnerships: Facilitate direct field sales partnerships with Account Executives for all deal sizes based on customer needs, in the SMB and ENT space.
  • Customer Support: Provide follow-up care for customers with billing, device, or service issues. Work with Business Technical Support, Busines Sales Support, and Care to support business customers and handle escalations for Telesales experts.

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Outbound commissioned environment (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Business customer service, sales, or retention (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Organization and Task Management: Demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy, and work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn and follow processes thoroughly, work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management, maintain a mature, self-motivated, positive, professional attitude, and adapt effectively in a new role.
  • Technology Proficiency: With Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, as well as experience with WebEx, Dialpad, and Google applications.
