This role focuses on technology due diligence and value creation for software businesses, leveraging extensive expertise in technology and consulting. The consultant will engage with clients to address complex challenges and enhance their understanding of how technology impacts their businesses. Requirements A minimum of three years in a software or technology-related position or industry.Technical due diligence experience is strongly preferred.Ability to rapidly absorb and interpret technical information.Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional agility.Strong analytical capabilities and background.Undergraduate or Master's degree from a top tier university in a relevant field.
