Experiential Retail Lead, Coffee & Retail Flagship
Job Summary
Printfresh is seeking an Experiential Retail Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their new cafe and retail flagship, designed to foster a joyful and memorable experience. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, creative vision, and strong leadership skills.

Lead the cafe and retail operations, create engaging events and displays, and cultivate a warm, energetic culture that encourages repeat visits. Grow into a multi-store leadership role as the brand expands.
Responsibilities
Own daily operations including open/close, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a high-quality cafe environment.
Partner with the operations team on budgets, priorities, and achieving sales targets for both coffee and products.
Run community events such as workshops, reading clubs, and art classes to keep the space buzzing and encourage sharing.
Support live shopping and in-store content, providing genuine hospitality that turns customers into loyal fans.
Curate a diverse range of products, including core items, seasonal collections, gifts, and artwork, ensuring a visually appealing and functional store layout.
Build and lead a team that embodies Printfresh’s values and passion for the brand, fostering a positive work environment.
Document best practices and insights to inform future store designs and operations.
Requirements
3-6+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, experiential marketing, boutiques, concept stores, or cafe/restaurant leadership.
Experience opening or operating a store, pop-up, cafe, or community space.
Proven ability to supervise staff and manage schedules.
Aesthetic eye and genuine love for merchandising, selling, and hosting.
Organized, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced, still-being-built environment.
Comfortable flexing between various tasks, from styling displays to running events and assisting customers.
