Experiential Marketing Lead, Sport
About the role
The Experiential Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end experiential strategy and execution for high-impact sport marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners across various departments to ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead experiential strategy for sport marketing initiatives, from concept to execution
- Develop innovative fan experiences and brand activations that connect with athletes, fans, local communities, and key sports audiences
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and agencies with confidence and clarity
- Guide creative development with a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics
- Leverage insights, trends, and guest behavior to shape experiences that feel relevant and shareable
- Track success metrics and key learnings to inform future planning
- Navigate the evolving event landscape with agility, incorporating hybrid and digital extensions where needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus in Experiential and deep understanding of sports marketing, fan engagement, sponsorship activation, and live events
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build brand moments that scale across PR, social, and digital
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can pivot quickly when needed
- Solution-oriented, resourceful, and detail-obsessed
- Willing and able to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support activations
