Who you are
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative learning professional to own the innovative learning space from strategy and planning through day-to-day execution and deadline management. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to ensure growth strategies are effective and aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements the Learning Experience and Design strategy and plan.
- Provides hands-on leadership in design strategy, learning architecture, and content development.
- Creates and implements scalable, learner-centered solutions that reflect best practices in instructional design and experiential learning. Develop experiential learning classes for coaches and students.
- Champions innovation, accessibility, and DEI in learning.
- Leads LED Team, train team members, conduct performance feedback, and support team growth initiatives.
- Ensures quality assurance, consistency, and scalability of training deliverables across modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual).
- Collaborates cross-functionally with SMEs, HR, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Uses data to measure learning impact and continuously improves solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education Requirement: Must have a completed degree or be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Education, Instructional Design, Nonprofit Management, Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Counseling, Sociology, or human services related fields of study.
- Required Skills: Creative, dependable, enthusiastic, and must have a go-getter attitude
Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
Excellent time management skills
Commitment to collaborative decision-making and cooperative working relationships with P4L staff and community partners
