Experienced Truck Technician / Mechanic - Day Shift

About the Role

As our Experienced Truck Technician / Mechanic, you’ll take on the challenge of maintaining and repairing medium and heavy-duty Class 7 & 8 trucks, ensuring every job is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will directly support our customers' success by keeping their trucks running smoothly and maximizing uptime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Repair or rebuild major components such as cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and air systems
• Work alongside other highly trained technicians in a fully equipped shop
• Perform top-quality work that makes a real impact

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronic trouble-shooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair
• Will also accept candidates with a Diesel tech degree and a mechanical aptitude/background
• Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Cummins and MX software experience preferred
• Self-motivation and assertiveness
• Ability to work under little or no supervision
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Must provide own tools

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Pay and Schedule

• $29.80-34.35/hr (Depending on Experience)
• Tuesday – Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm and Saturday 7:30am -4:00pm
