Experienced Tire-Tech

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive vehicles and various types of equipment
• Test drive all vehicles repaired
• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Perform oil changes, brakes, suspensions, and other mechanical work
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity
• Assess tread levels and valve quality on tires; check wear patterns
• Mount and demount tires
• Ensure conformance to industry standards
• Examine and repair tires; perform preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency road calls as needed
• Perform vehicle alignments

Requirements

• Must meet or exceed standards set by industry-recognized trade organizations
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Some or limited training in automotive repair, with demonstrated ability and desire to learn and develop further
• Valid driver’s license required
• Entry-level knowledge of computer equipment and applicable software applications
