Schedule
- Part time: Saturday night / Sunday morning
Pay
- $25–28 per hour starting salary + tips
Requirements
- Must have 2 years sushi chef experience
- Knife skills and knowledge of fish cutting required
- Speed and accuracy required due to fast-paced environment
- Brooklyn resident preferred (long commute times can interfere with work performance and availability)
