About the role
As a sushi expert on our culinary team, you’ll be involved with menu creation and rolling sushi for Epic staff, customers, and guests. Sushi served in our specialty venue, Chopsticks, has been well received, and we're excited to expand our offerings to more culinary venues across our campus.
Responsibilities
- Craft and carry out the sushi menu using fresh, quality ingredients
- Serve as a mentor for others on the team as they learn the art and technique of sushi preparation
- Expand our sushi offerings to additional culinary venues
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and menu items
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sushi preparation experience
- International experience preferred, but not required
- Fine dining, large-volume experience preferred
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
Qualifications
- Knowledge of international cuisines from countries such as China, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and more
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule
The schedule is flexible and tailored to individual needs, but includes standard business hours.
