Who You Are
- An RVT or Veterinary Assistant with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
- At least two years of experience in an independent surgical position.
- Confident in surgical assisting and client communication.
- Self-sufficient but also a true team player.
- Physically able to handle a fast-paced day (on your feet for 4–5 hours at a time).
- Focused and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Supporting our DVM(s) for surgical procedure days.
- Providing compassionate, clear communication with clients.
- Performing dental radiographs and cleanings.
- Handling other general surgery tasks.
- Working independently to allow the DVM to keep procedures flowing.
- Possibility of filling in as an Assistant in general practice appointments when additional staffing is needed.
Schedule
Business hours are flexible. Currently looking for availability every other Thursday from approximately 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, with possible other days if helping fill in. We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits—flexibility matters here.
