Responsibilities
- Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Perform tasks with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Problem solve and multitask effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Access to high-speed internet required.
- FDCPA knowledge preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Work Conditions
- The work environment is usually moderate in noise level.
- The work environment is primarily indoors.
- Little to no travel is required for this position.
Pay
$18-22/hour based on experience.
