We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Job Summary: description of duties. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". We need to decide. We have sections: Job Summary (summary of role). Essential Functions (list of duties). Knowledge Of, Ability To (knowledge/abilities). Qualifications (license, etc). Education. Experience. Physical Requirements. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info (except mention of hourly, non-exempt, work more than 40 hours, occasional out of town travel, may be 1st or 2nd shift). Schedule info: "Frequently work more than 40 hours per week, including non-traditional hours such as 2nd shift, Saturdays and Sundays." Also "This position may be be on 1st or 2nd shift." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that. Pay: Not specified beyond "hourly, non-exempt". No actual pay rate. So we should NOT include Pay section because no specific pay. Benefits: Not mentioned. So omit. Skills: Could include knowledge of methods, tools, etc. Could be under Skills. Requirements: Could include qualifications like licenses, education, experience, physical requirements. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like "Inspect, diagnose, adjust, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and transportation vehicles including cars; light, medium and heavy trucks; paving and earthmoving equipment." etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to not repeat duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    About the role

Inspect, diagnose, adjust, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and transportation vehicles including cars; light, medium and heavy trucks; paving and earthmoving equipment. This hourly, non-exempt position will work under indirect supervision from the Shop Superintendent or Shop Leader.

    • Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
But note: Some of those are also in Knowledge Of/Ability To sections. We need to avoid duplication. The Essential Functions list includes many items; we also have Knowledge Of and Ability To sections that list knowledge and abilities. We could combine them under Responsibilities or Requirements. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include them as separate list items if they are not duplicated. Let's extract Knowledge Of: "Knowledge Of Methods, materials, tools and equipment used in repairing and maintaining mobile equipment. Basic computer skills. Construction operations." Ability To: "Ability To Operate tools and equipment used to repair equipment. Take and follow instructions. Ability to learn and follow GOH Company policies. Work under indirect supervision." These are somewhat overlapping with responsibilities but we can keep them as separate list items under Responsibilities or maybe under Skills. Qualifications: "Valid driver's license for which you reside with acceptable driving record per company minimum standards for drivers. Valid Class B CDL with acceptable driving record required. Prefer Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements. Must meet company minimum standards for drivers Class B state inspection license. Prefer Class A state inspection license. Education: "Education High school graduate or equivalent. Prefer completion of Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technology program from an accredited vocational or technical school." Experience: "Experience Applicants may be considered for shop mechanic 1 or 2, depending on relevant experience. This position may be be on 1st or 2nd shift." Physical Requirements: "Ability to obtain and maintain a current Medical Examiner's Certificate as stated in 49 CFR 391.43(h) Ability to work with fuel and other petroleum products. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb on and off equipment safely. Ability to work in shop or field environment with exposure to dust, welding fumes, exhaust fumes, noise, confined spaces and inclement weather conditions. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment. Ability to bend, kneel, or squat to reach repair areas. This is a safety-sensitive position." We need to map these to sections. Possible sections: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (essential functions) - Requirements (maybe combine qualifications, education, experience, physical requirements) - Qualifications (maybe separate) - Skills (knowledge, abilities) - Schedule (work hours/shift) We should avoid too many thin sections; combine where logical. We have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use: - About the role: job summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential functions list (the bullet list of duties). - Requirements: combine qualifications (licenses, tools proficiency), education, experience, physical requirements? Might be too much but okay. - Qualifications: maybe we separate licenses and certifications? But we already used Requirements for that. Could instead put Qualifications for licenses/education/experience, and Skills for knowledge/abilities. Let's think. We need to avoid duplication and ensure each section has real content. Option: About the role: summary. Responsibilities: essential functions list (the bullet list of duties). Qualifications: licenses, certifications, tool set, proficiencies (hydraulic, engines, etc.) plus education. Skills: knowledge of methods, basic computer skills, construction operations, ability to operate tools, take instructions, learn policies, work under indirect supervision. Requirements: physical requirements (medical cert, lift, etc.) plus maybe experience? But experience could be in Qualifications. Schedule: work hours/shift info. We must not create Benefits or Pay. Let's ensure we don't omit any substantive info. Let's list all info pieces: From Job Summary: - Inspect, diagnose, adjust, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and transportation vehicles including cars; light, medium and heavy trucks; paving and earthmoving equipment. - hourly, non-exempt position - work under indirect supervision from the Shop Superintendent or Shop Leader. Essential Functions (list): - Demonstrate initiative in analyzing and solving problems. - Safely perform essential functions. - Proficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and rebuild all system failures on mobile equipment. - Generate report of parts necessary and time required to complete project. - Operate equipment which requires a commercial drivers license for diagnosing and testing purposes. - Accurately generate in a timely manner all repair work orders. - Proactively communicate with Leaders and Equipment Operators concerning equipment and job-related projects. - Safely use welding and flame-cutting equipment to perform welding duties. - Maintain safe and organized work area. - Perform cleanup at end of day or when job is completed, including cleaning tools and putting tools in proper storage. - Consistently work on professional growth plan. - Exercise proper care and maintenance of company equipment. - Frequently work more than 40 hours per week, including non-traditional hours such as 2nd shift, Saturdays and Sundays. - Occasional out of town travel required. - Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. Knowledge Of: - Methods, materials, tools and equipment used in repairing and maintaining mobile equipment. - Basic computer skills. - Construction operations. Ability To: - Operate tools and equipment used to repair equipment. - Take and follow instructions. - Ability to learn and follow GOH Company policies. - Work under indirect supervision. Qualifications (licenses etc): - Valid driver's license for which you reside with acceptable driving record per company minimum standards for drivers. - Valid Class B CDL with acceptable driving record required. - Prefer Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements. - Must meet company minimum standards for drivers Class B state inspection license. - Prefer Class A state inspection license. - Must possess complete set of tools. - Must be proficient in troubleshooting techniques. - Must be proficient in hydraulic principles and systems. - Must be proficient in fundamentals of engines. - Must be proficient in power and drive train principles. - Must be proficient in machine electronics. - Must be proficient in cutting and welding processes. - Must be proficient in fuel systems. Education: - High school graduate or equivalent. - Prefer completion of Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technology program from an accredited vocational or technical school. Experience: - Applicants may be considered for shop mechanic 1 or 2, depending on relevant experience. - This position may be be on 1st or 2nd shift. Physical Requirements: - Ability to obtain and maintain a current Medical Examiner's Certificate as stated in 49 CFR 391.43(h) - Ability to work with fuel and other petroleum products. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Ability to climb on and off equipment safely. - Ability to work in shop or field environment with exposure to dust, welding fumes, exhaust fumes, noise, confined spaces and inclement weather conditions. - Ability to wear required personal protective equipment. - Ability to bend, kneel, or squat to reach repair areas. - This is a safety-sensitive position. Now we need to map to sections. About the role: combine job summary and maybe supervision line. Responsibilities: essential functions list (the bullet list). Note that some essential functions also mention "Operate equipment which requires a commercial drivers license for diagnosing and testing purposes." That's a duty. Qualifications: could include licenses, education, experience? But we have separate heading Qualifications. Let's put licenses, certifications, tool set, proficiencies (hydraulic, engines, etc.) under Qualifications. Also include education? Education could be under Qualifications as well. Experience maybe under Qualifications too, but we have a separate heading for Experience? Not in allowed list. So we can put experience under Qualifications or Requirements. Let's put under Qualifications. Skills: knowledge of methods, basic computer skills, construction operations, ability to operate tools, take instructions, learn policies, work under indirect supervision. Requirements: physical requirements (medical cert, lift, etc.) plus maybe safety-sensitive note. Schedule: work hours/shift info (
