Sales & Closing
- Conduct in-home or virtual solar consultations with qualified homeowners
- Present customized solar proposals and energy savings projections
- Educate homeowners on solar technology, incentives, and financing options
- Address objections and guide customers through the purchasing decision
- Close solar agreements and secure signed contracts
Customer Experience
- Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience built on transparency and trust
- Help homeowners clearly understand the financial and environmental benefits of solar
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process
Collaboration
- Work closely with appointment setters, project managers, and installation teams
- Ensure accurate information is collected for smooth project execution
- Support Rooftop Power’s mission of delivering a seamless solar transition
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales closing roles (solar, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain complex financial and technical information in a simple way
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and performance mindset
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to appointments
- Solar industry experience (in-home sales experience, solar financing options and incentives, CRM and sales pipeline management experience preferred)
