About the role

Aerus Water is the Water Service Provider for The Home Depot, offering advanced water purification solutions to improve water quality, protect homes, and enhance everyday life. As The Home Depot Water Treatment Pro, this role combines premium products, education, and a strong retail partnership to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home water quality assessments and product demonstrations
  • Education customers on water quality issues, health, and home benefits of Aerus water systems
  • Recommend customized water treatment solutions based on customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot assigned store location
  • Perform in-store setups and engagement activities to generate additional leads
  • Manage and grow your sales pipeline by working company-provided leads and generating self-sourced leads
  • Maintain a minimum average of 15 in-home demos per week
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals toward closing
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to closing and installation scheduling

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in B2B, Door to Door, or in home sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for in-home sales)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
