Experienced Sales Representative - $1,500 - $3,500/Week

Job Summary

Total Pest Control is growing and we're looking for an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions, lead generation, and closing deals. The position offers a high commission structure with uncapped earnings potential, fast-track leadership opportunities, and ongoing training.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door visits, referrals, and prospecting
• Conduct home inspections and identify pest issues
• Sell pest control services, treatments, and service plans
• Educate customers on prevention and protection solutions
• Overcome objections and close sales confidently
• Manage a pipeline and follow up with prospects
• Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience required (preferably 90+ days of real sales exposure)
• Must have reliable personal transportation (car) - required for daily territory coverage and independence in the field
• Willing to work Full-Time (at least 6 hours/day)
• Must have at least 30 days of financial runway
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in field sales / outside sales environments
