Role Overview
As a Full Cycle Sales Professional at HealthMarkets, you will be instrumental in driving our business forward by owning the complete sales process. You will connect with potential clients via phone and video, understand their needs, present solutions, and guide them to a confident purchase decision. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct outreach to prospective clients through phone and video conferencing.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of HealthMarkets' products and services.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Effectively handle client inquiries and overcome objections with professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance sales performance and client engagement.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales success and your income. Your drive and ability to close deals will directly impact your financial rewards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly over phone and video calls.
- Demonstrated skill in presenting information clearly and persuasively through various communication channels, including phone, video, and written correspondence.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from end-to-end, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate complex client conversations.
- Self-discipline and motivation to achieve sales targets in a virtual environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new sales strategies and product information.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain Life and Health Insurance licensing.
Work Arrangement
