Position

Full-time, base salary + uncapped commission

Training

• 30 days of hands-on coaching
• 30 days of growth support

What You'll Do

• Work with warm and qualified leads
• Sell, quote, and issue policies with professionalism and heart
• Communicate with clients via calls, texts, and emails
• Deliver a VIP customer experience every time
• Manage client requests and build long-term relationships
