About the Role

We’re hiring automotive sales professionals who are energetic, sharp, and goal-driven. Ideal candidates are passionate about the latest in vehicle tech and features, obsessed with creating an amazing guest experience both in person and online, and ready to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills across face-to-face, phone, email, and social media interactions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with leads via CRM, chat, text, phone, and social media
• Match guests with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs
• Shoot quick video walkarounds and send them to interested buyers
• Prepare and present vehicles for test drives
• Guide guests through the full sales journey—from first touch to delivery
• Stay up to speed on vehicle knowledge, competitive models, and handle objections with confidence
• Build long-term guest relationships and develop a personal book of repeat business
• Assist with vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up communications

Requirements

• Prior retail or automotive sales experience (preferred)
• Passion for people, performance, and personal development
• Comfort using technology: CRM tools, Microsoft Office, social media, and messaging platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
