Recent hail storms across the Denver metro have created a strong opportunity for experienced roofing sales professionals. As a Sr. Roofing Specialist at Thrive Roofing Co., you’ll have assigned territories, strong operational support, proven systems, marketing support, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned territories
• Perform roof inspections
• Secure signed contingency agreements
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Complete project scopes using Hover
• Lead homeowner meetings and get signed contracts
• Submit complete job documentation to our claims team
• Keep customers informed throughout the process
• Collect customer payments

Requirements

• Proven success in door-to-door roofing sales with at least 2 years experience
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Strong follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to work within established systems and processes
• Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle

Pay

Sr. Roofing Specialists can realistically earn $150,000 - $250,000. Compensation includes:

• Guaranteed onboarding pay
• Commission based on revenue, paid weekly as customer payments are collected
• Sales bonuses and incentives
