Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer's interests to assist them with their purchase
- Follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Excellent follow up skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale
