Responsibilities: Conduct on-site assessments of water, fire, smoke, and mold damage to develop accurate restoration estimatesPrepare detailed scopes of work using industry-standard estimating software (Xactimate or similar)Communicate and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and project managersCollaborate with production teams to ensure estimates align with project timelines and resourcesDocument job site conditions with photos, measurements, and written reportsBuild and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and clientsMonitor project costs and adjust estimates as scope changes arise throughout the restoration process Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restoration estimating (water, fire, mold, or storm damage)Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and property restoration industry standardsIICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plusStrong communication and negotiation skills with adjusters and clientsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license and reliable transportation required About Us: Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix is a trusted name in the Phoenix metro area, dedicated to restoring homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition with speed, care, and professionalism.
