Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the restoration and mitigation process, including timelines, expectations, and next steps
• Assess property damage and work with customers to understand immediate needs, safety concerns, and potential upgrades
• Ensure all estimates and scopes align with client requirements and insurance carrier guidelines
• Create accurate sketches and develop an initial scope of work for mitigation and restoration services
• Deliver consistent, detailed, and well-documented estimates using industry-standard tools (e.g., Xactimate / Cotal
