Core Group Resources is growing and we're looking for an Experienced Recruiter to join our direct‑hire team. We are an industry‑leading recruitment firm with divisions in Offshore Energy, Maritime, Information Technology, Renewable Energy, and Finance & Accounting. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Qualify or reject candidates accordingly.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidate questions.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience (experience is a MUST).
• Enjoy making phone calls and learning about new people.
• Effective communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, passion, and a love for solving puzzles and challenging problems.
• Willingness to work extra hours outside of 8‑5.
• Experience recruiting and staffing contract labor.
• Experience recruiting skilled‑trade labor such as electricians, welders, pipefitters, etc.
• Exposure to any of the following is highly desired: commercial construction, oil & gas, shipyard, manufacturing, data centers.

Schedule

In‑office work Monday through Wednesday; remote work Thursday and Friday.
