About the role

MCI is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for our contact center. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with 3+ years of recruitment experience in a BPO or high-volume environment. They should also possess strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills, familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for contact center roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Cook with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Career with accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. They should have 3+ years of recruitment experience in a BPO or high-volume environment, strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills, familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and dedicated, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS systems, and have a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Pay

Starting compensation is based on experience.

Schedule

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
