Experienced Real Estate Agent with a license - East Brainerd Area

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers and sellers and convert
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Be able to convert the many leads that are given to team members
• Conduct one open house monthly
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Qualifications

• You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
• You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
• Overcoming objections comes naturally
• You are a strong communicator and committed to service
• You are a Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• You have Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are Learning based, growth-minded
• You are Systematic
• You are Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• You have Excellent time management skills

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
