Experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Greenberg Gross LLP is a high‑stakes boutique trial firm tackling some of society’s most critical issues. The firm is growing rapidly and seeks an experienced paralegal to work one‑to‑one with an assigned attorney, serving as the attorney’s right hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate calendars, timekeeping, and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience; employment litigation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (rarely).
