What We Are Looking For 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience; employment litigation experience a plusComfortable owning a task from start to finish without a lot of hand-holdingSharp legal research instincts and fluency across eDiscovery platformsA communicator who can hold their own with clients, opposing counsel, and witnessesWilling to work overtime and travel as needed (this is rare) What You'll Do Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparationManage case files and eDiscovery, including document review and productionPrepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviewsConduct legal and factual researchCommunicate directly with clients, witnesses, and opposing counselMaintain accurate timekeeping and support other case-related tasks as needed What Makes This Role Different?
