About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own the parts sales process from inquiry to final delivery for both retail and internal service clients.
• Collaborate directly with the Parts Manager to locate, track, and source out-of-stock items.
• Manage special order requests efficiently and keep customers updated on order statuses.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly communication across all dealership departments.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and industry compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership parts experience.
• Experience with CDK Drive is a strong plus.
• Excellent time management and sharp organizational skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
