Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst

About the Role

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst in Oklahoma City, OK. The analyst will assist with metrics, data, and assessments of current Operations activities across the B-52J CERP program. The candidate will conduct assessments of production processes and provide feedback to develop strategies, plans, and metrics aligning production facilities with the Boeing Production System (BPS).

The role requires a strong understanding of production processes to analyze, interpret, and provide feedback on production schedules, processes, and day-to-day operations. The candidate must work effectively with portfolio and production facility leadership to implement requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining positive internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collects, organizes, and provides data to maintain program status and customer commitments.
• Works with Operations management and peers to ensure accurate information is shared with portfolio leaders on reported operational issues in a timely manner.
• Communicates regularly with Operations Leadership and peers.
• Participates in meetings and events to provide insight on operational requirements progress to plan.
• Supports communication and coordination between modification sites/suppliers and the program for regular deliverables, briefings, and meetings.
• Executes collection and analysis of production data and communicates status.
• Develops metrics and reports on contractor performance in support of portfolio and program PMMs.
• Handles special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).
• Experience in a military or commercial aircraft environment (preferred).
• Experience working with large aircraft modification and/or maintenance (preferred).
• Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools (preferred).
• 3+ years' experience with airplane programs products and processes (preferred).

Additional Information

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required.

This role is primarily first shift but may require additional shift work to support program objectives. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, including being a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62.

Pay

Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations. Summary pay range: $85,000 – $115,000.
