About the role

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will own the measurement, tracking, and reporting systems behind the Canby plant’s Operations Excellence and High-Performance Team (HPT) model. This is a hands-on, plant-based role that blends operational analytics with on-floor facilitation—without direct people management.

Responsibilities

  • Track and trend Plant KPI leading indicators, job certification status, training completion, and HPT performance.
  • Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership.
  • Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Drive development of HPT action plans that align with plant objectives and measurable team-level KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPT-related data.
  • Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and ongoing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate recognition using objective performance data.
  • Ensure team and leadership monthly results meetings occur and drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, scorecards, or performance dashboards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Business, EHS, HR, or a related discipline with demonstrated analytical work.
