Manufacturing Operations Analyst

Position Responsibilities

• Collections, organizes, and provides data to maintain program status and customer commitments
• Works with Operations management and peers to ensure accurate information is flowed to portfolio leaders on report
• Communicates on a regular basis with Operations Leadership and peers
• Participates in meetings and associated events to provide insight on operational requirements progress to plan
• Supports communication and coordination between modification sites/suppliers and the Program for regular deliverables, briefings, and meetings as required
• Executes collection and analysis of production data and communicates status
• Develops metrics and reports on contractor performance in support of portfolio and program PMMs
• Special Projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned as required

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
• Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience in a military or commercial aircraft environment
• Experience working with large aircraft modification and/or maintenance
• Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
• 3+ years' experience with airplane programs products and processes
