Experienced Luxury Appliance Technician
Northeastern Appliance Service is New York’s Premier Service Partner for Sub-Zero, and we’re growing fast. We service much of the Hudson Valley, Bronx, Brooklyn, and western Connecticut and are expanding our team of factory-certified technicians. We are looking for experienced appliance repair technicians to service Sub-Zero appliances—career-seekers committed to mastering a high-paying and job-secure trade. About the Role
This is a full-time employee position (not subcontracted) servicing high-end refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing, and laundry appliances. Experience with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances is a plus. You will be provided with a uniform, truck, heavy equipment, and access to technical support. Bonus opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair high-end Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances
- Maintain a “customer first” attitude and deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship and write accurate service notes
- Negotiate around and through heavy appliances (e.g., refrigerators and ranges)
- Lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs
Requirements
- 2+ years of appliance repair experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude and background
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Physically able to handle the demands of the job (lifting, pushing, pulling)
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Self-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to commute to Brooklyn, NY (preferred)

Pay
$54,000 - $120,000 annually, with bonus and overtime potential
Schedule
Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays during the summer
