About the Role

As a Loan Officer at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, you will be trained to listen, build rapport, and analyze the full financial situations of customers. Your goal will be to provide the most appropriate financial solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand and analyze their financial situations
  • Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain rapport with potential clients
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • Close deals and negotiate terms effectively
  • Quickly identify customer goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up capabilities

  • Utilize basic computer skills and data entry

  • Sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory
