Pay

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.

Schedule

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Shifts including day, evening, weekend, and overnight options tailored to your availability.

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist senior clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to help them remain safely in their homes. Duties include:

  • Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
  • Mobility Support: Transferring, positioning, and ambulation assistance.
  • Companionship: Engaging in meaningful conversation and providing emotional support.
  • Daily Support: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Transportation: Running errands and driving clients to medical appointments.
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate daily care logs and notes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional caregiving experience is required.
  • Prior experience with a home care agency, assisted living facility, memory care community, skilled nursing facility, or hospital is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s care, or memory care is a major plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License or State ID with reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and register as a Home Care Aide (HCA).
  • Compassionate, reliable, professional, and dedicated to exceptional senior care.
