In-Home Caregiver - Weekly Pay, Flexible Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care, prioritizing safety and dignity during bathing, grooming, and brief changing.
• Confidently operate Hoyer lifts and transfer devices to assist clients with physical mobility challenges.
• Offer specialized companionship and behavioral support tailored to clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Help with meal prep, light housekeeping duties, medication compliance, and driving clients to and from their local appointments.
• Observe, track, and communicate key changes in client condition to the care management team.

Qualifications

• A reliable, empathetic caregiver who possesses practical experience with personal care, transfer devices, and memory care.
• Punctuality is a MUST.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and the ability to pass a background check with solid references.
